One team for your entire IoT product
Five engineering disciplines work as a single development, with European regulations built in from the first sketch: from the material that protects the electronics to the artificial intelligence that interprets the data.
Five disciplines, one single solution
The five disciplines work as a single development: one point of contact, one set of documentation and a product ready for CE marking

Materials science
We design the enclosure that protects the electronics in demanding environments. It ensures sealing, fire resistance, radio transparency and heat dissipation.
- Device design and its enclosureMechanical design of the complete device: an enclosure with the IP and IK protection rating the environment requires, designed for manufacturing (DFM), with sealing gaskets, PCBA mounting, antenna windows and thermal management.
- PCBA protectionConformal coating against moisture and condensation, and resin encapsulation (potting) where the environment requires it.
- Materials selectionFire behaviour, radio-frequency transparency, resistance to UV radiation, temperature and chemical agents.
Deliverables- 3D model (STEP) and manufacturing drawings
- Prototypes by additive manufacturing (3D printing)
- Specification of materials and treatments
- Final assembly instructions (box build)
ExampleAn outdoor device needs an IP67 enclosure that withstands rain and dust without attenuating the radio signal.

Hardware and PCB
We design the schematic, board and prototypes with industrial-grade components. Every design is born ready for series production and certification.
- Schematic capture and PCB designMultilayer PCB layout and routing, stack-up definition with impedance control and electromagnetic compatibility criteria from the very first trace.
- Design for manufacturing and test (DFM/DFT)Bill of materials (BOM) with industrial-grade components and alternatives against obsolescence, test points and panelisation for assembly.
- PCBA assembly and industrialisationSMT and THT assembly of prototypes and pilot series with our manufacturers, functional testing (FCT) and transition to series production.
Deliverables- Schematic and PCB design
- Manufacturing files: Gerber, pick-and-place and BOM
- Verified prototype PCBA
ExampleA manufacturer needs a custom board for its product and receives the validated design, with the files ready for manufacturing.

Firmware and connectivity
We develop embedded firmware that acquires, processes and transmits reliable data. We choose each radio link for range, power consumption and cost.
- Embedded firmwareFirmware on a real-time operating system (RTOS): drivers, power management, secure boot and signed OTA updates.
- Radio communicationsPrivate LoRaWAN, NB-IoT / LTE-M or Wi-Fi according to range, power consumption and cost: link budget, antenna selection and matching, and on-site coverage survey.
- Gateways for existing machineryGateways that read Modbus RTU/TCP and OPC UA and publish over MQTT, without replacing the machine or stopping production.
Deliverables- Version-controlled, documented firmware
- Coverage survey and network plan
- Gateway configured and integrated
ExampleA building without mobile coverage deploys its own LoRaWAN network to connect hundreds of sensors.

Platform and data
We build real-time dashboards with built-in alarms. Your data remains accessible from any device, at any time.
- Ingestion and storageMQTT broker, time-series database and processing rules at the edge or in the cloud.
- Dashboards and integrationDashboards with alarms and alerts, REST API and integration with your ERP or SCADA systems.
- Predictive maintenance and efficiencyTelemetry anticipates failures and optimises consumption: fewer unplanned stoppages and longer asset life.
Deliverables- Platform deployed with users and permissions
- Dashboard with alarms
- API documentation
ExampleA company sees its sensors on a dashboard and receives an email alert when a reading goes out of range.

Applied artificial intelligence
We train our own models with the data from each specific installation. They detect anomalies, recognise images and anticipate equipment failures.
- Custom modelsMachine learning models trained and validated with the installation's real data: anomaly detection and failure prediction.
- Machine visionImage classification and detection for inspection and monitoring.
- Edge inferenceOptimised, quantised models that run on the device itself (Edge AI / TinyML), without depending on the connection.
Deliverables- Trained model with its validation metrics
- Integration into the device or the platform
- Performance monitoring in production
ExampleA camera automatically detects defective parts on the line without human intervention.

Compliant and protected products
European regulations require security and support throughout the product's life. We make sure it complies and keeps complying
-
Compliance and CE marking
We prepare your product for the European market from the design stage: EMC and radio pre-compliance testing, technical documentation so that the manufacturer can issue the EU declaration of conformity, and support during testing at an accredited laboratory.

Device cybersecurity
Security by design: gap analysis, secure boot, key management and a software bill of materials (SBOM). For radio equipment, the requirements of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30, mandatory since 1 August 2025; for every product with digital elements, the CRA.

Updates and life cycle
Signed OTA updates, phased rollouts and monitoring of the installed fleet. The CRA requires a support period of, as a general rule, at least five years, and from 11 September 2026 the reporting of actively exploited vulnerabilities.
