INDUSTRIAL CONNECTIVITY

Architecture and data transmission

A well-designed link is the difference between a project that works and one that falls short. We size band, antenna, height and protocol for each installation.

Industrial connectivity

When your data have to travel far

Sensing only adds value if the data arrive. We design and integrate radio communication solutions that connect your assets wherever cable and conventional coverage cannot reach: plants, fields, sea or distributed infrastructure.

A well-designed radio link is the difference between a project that works and one that falls short

Range is not improvised. It depends on the band, antenna gain, height and environment. We select and size each element of the link for your specific case, not with generic solutions.

We work with long-range, low-power technologies (LPWAN), cellular networks and dedicated links, integrating the right antenna for each frequency and scenario.

LPWAN · low power

LoRa

Kilometres of coverage with years of battery life. For thousands of dispersed sensors: meters, fields and distributed assets.

Cellular · 4G / 5G

GSM / NB-IoT

High data capacity and full mobility. For fleets, machinery and remote stations that need to send a lot of information in real time.

Broadband · in the plant

Industrial WiFi

Bandwidth inside the plant, for cameras, terminals and machinery that move a lot of data over short distances.

Proximity · low power

Bluetooth LE

Short distances and minimal power. For beacons, tags and commissioning equipment from the operator's terminal.

Designed for environments where connectivity is difficult

Each scenario calls for a different combination of band, antenna and topology. That is where we bring engineering.

Frequently asked questions

How is the radio technology chosen?

By range, data volume, power consumption and cost: LoRa or LPWAN for dispersed battery-powered sensors, NB-IoT, LTE-M or 4G for mobility and volume, industrial WiFi inside the plant and Bluetooth LE at short range.

How much range is gained with a better antenna?

In free space, every additional 6 dB in the link budget doubles the distance. That is why antenna gain, height and line of sight matter as much as transmitter power.

What if there is no mobile coverage at the installation?

A private LoRa network, with the gateway on a roof or mast, does not depend on operator coverage.

Shall we talk about your installation?

An engineer studies your case and proposes where to start.
