End-to-end IoT engineering
oscarcabreragonzalez IoT Studio is an Internet of Things engineering and consultancy company. We design and develop complete IoT ecosystems for industry: the electronics and firmware of the devices, the communications, the data platform and the dashboards your teams use to make decisions. We work with companies in the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.
Our roots in industrial automation shape the way we work. We build European regulations in from the first sketch so that every product can be manufactured, certified and maintained throughout its life, and every project is led by an engineer, from the first conversation to production.

Our journey
From industrial automation to developing our own products with strategic partners
-
2019
Roots in industrial automation
Our founding team works at an international industrial automation company. That is where the foundation of our engineering comes from: systems that work on the plant floor, documented and maintainable.
-
2020
Heading for the Netherlands
We take on a new challenge in industrial automation and electrical maintenance in the Netherlands, in direct contact with the day-to-day operation of industry.
-
2022
The IoT Studio project is born
We define the working philosophy, the identity and the project's first website: end-to-end IoT engineering, from sensor to decision.
-
2023
Collaboration with Replacor
We carry out a collaborative automation project with Replacor, a Spanish company based in Córdoba.
-
Jul. 2024
100 circuit boards for the HVAC sector
We take on Replacor's challenge: we design and manufacture two printed circuit boards for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). In total, 100 units, 50 for each project.
-
Oct. 2024
Company incorporation
We incorporate oscarcabreragonzalez IoT Studio: the project becomes an IoT engineering and consultancy company.

-
Aug. 2025
Meeting Extincise
We meet Extincise and its technical management, and support them with our consultancy in fire detection and suppression.
-
Sept. 2025
Three fire protection solutions
From our joint work with Extincise comes the agreement to develop three solutions for the fire detection and suppression sector: F1F v.1.0, F1C v.1.0 and PGF v.1.0.
-
Jul. 2026
First prototype of F1C and F1F
We obtain the first prototype of the F1C and F1F solutions thanks to 3DAKSER, which did an excellent job.
-
Oct. 2026
PGF v.1.0 reaches the factory
We send PGF v.1.0 to the factory; it is currently in the validation phase.
-
Oct. 2026
Darton Electronics, strategic partner
We bring in Darton Electronics (Barcelona), a distributor of electronic and connection components that grew out of the Italian company Darton, as a strategic partner, and lay solid foundations with manufacturers, designers, communications architects and product managers.
-
Nov. 2026 Planned
Meeting with our AI partners
We meet our artificial intelligence partners in Barcelona and Madrid.
-
Dec. 2026 Planned
Closing a decisive year
We close a year of hard work and opportunities, with the ongoing preparation and validation of our projects.
-
2027 Goal
Trade fairs in Madrid and Barcelona
Our goal is to attend the sector's trade fairs in Madrid and Barcelona. Dates to be confirmed.
How we work
Four phases, each with a deliverable, a decision and the regulatory requirement we resolve in it
-
Engineering consultancy
We analyse the challenge, review the installation and assess the expected return of the solution.
RegulationsWe identify the applicable directives and standards: CE marking, the Radio Equipment Directive (RED), GDPR, CRA and EN standards.
-
Proof of concept
A working prototype of hardware, firmware and platform to validate the concept with real data.
RegulationsSecurity and data protection by design, already in the first prototype.
-
Field pilot
Deployment of a short series under real operating conditions and measurement of the return.
RegulationsElectromagnetic compatibility and radio pre-tests, and the technical file with laboratories and notified bodies.
-
Production and support
Industrialisation, technical file for CE marking and support throughout the entire life cycle.
RegulationsSupport period and vulnerability management defined before series production.
We quote by phase: when each one closes, you decide whether to continue
Facts, not promises
Data from real projects and the companies with which we have a stable relationship
- 100circuit boards manufactured for the HVAC sector in two projects
- 3fire protection solutions in development: F1F, F1C and PGF v.1.0
- 3countries we work in: the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain
- 2019the year our track record in industrial automation began

Darton Electronics · Barcelona. Strategic partner for electronic and connection components, with access to manufacturers, designers, communications architects and product managers
Extincise. Joint development of fire detection and suppression solutions
- Replacor
Replacor · Córdoba. Customer and partner in automation and electronics for HVAC
Security and life cycle
The Cyber Resilience Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (CRA) requires manufacturers of products with digital elements to report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents, and to keep the product secure throughout its support period. We design so that our customers reach each deadline with the work already done.
Security by design
Secure boot, encrypted communications, least privilege and personal data reduced to the essential, in line with the GDPR.
Secure field updates
Remotely updatable firmware with signed packages verified on the device itself before installation.
Support and vulnerability management
We agree the support period with each customer (the CRA sets, as a general rule, a minimum of five years). To report a possible vulnerability in a system we designed: info@oscarcabreragonzalez.com, subject "Security".
Every project is led by an engineer, from the first conversation to production
