TRACEABILITY

RFID traceability

Reprogrammable radio-frequency identification to follow every batch from field to warehouse, without manual readings or single-use labels.

In-house development
Traceability from field to fish auction

Traceability from harvest

Each crate leaves the field or the boat with its origin, date and batch, and keeps them until the point of sale.

The end of labels: encode, erase and rewrite your products' information

A reprogrammable electronic system that replaces paper labels with digital information that travels with the product. Fewer errors, lower costs and real-time traceability, in any sector.

A 50 mm disc that changes everything

The size of a large coin, it attaches to racks, trolleys, crates or any container with a colour-coded chain, or with the magnetic half of its base. Inside it has an RFID antenna, a reprogrammable chip and a battery that lasts more than a year, because it only uses energy when information is transferred or read.

How does it work?

You encode the information from the mobile app, the RFID tag stores it and transmits it to your platform. All the traceability, in real time and without expensive equipment.

RFID tag encodes the product Mobile app configures and queries Platform of the client Traceability in real time

It applies to any sector

These are just a few real examples of traceability with the RFID system, from the field to the supermarket shelf.

Fruit and vegetables traceability from harvest
Fishing fish crates with traceability
1000 kg Garlic harvest traceability in 1000 kg racks
Supermarket traced lettuce trays

Everything from an app designed for you

The mobile app configures each RFID tag: customise any product attribute and schedule all production and the logistics chain. When the phone is brought close, the tag transmits the information and the app shows, at all times, the traceability and use the product had throughout its service life.

Mobile app + sensor

One system, many savings

It replaces a process full of labels, errors and expensive equipment with digital information that can be rewritten as many times as needed.

Lower material costs

Goodbye to constantly printing and replacing paper labels. A digital label can be rewritten as many times as you need, with no reprinting costs.

Fewer human errors

Paper labels get lost, come unstuck or are misread. The information is on the chip, always legible and updated from the app, without confusion.

Real-time planning

Schedule all the tags and plan production and logistics on data that update instantly. You decide with real information, not estimates.

Features that make the difference

Always reprogrammable

Encode and erase the information at any time from the app.

Customisable colours

The identification chain and the RFID itself adapt to your company's colours.

Dual attachment

Colour-coded chain and a magnetic half in the base for grip and positioning.

Long-life battery

More than a year, because it only uses energy when transferring or reading data.

Compliant sealing

Traceability in accordance with Regulation (EC) 178/2002 of European food law.

Valid for any sector

Fruit and vegetables, fishing, logistics, supermarkets… it adapts to all of them.

Frequently asked questions

What is the advantage of a reprogrammable tag?

It is encoded, erased and rewritten each season: the bin or crate keeps its identification without reprinting or replacing labels.

Does it cover the traceability required by food law?

Regulation (EC) 178/2002 requires knowing from whom each batch is received and to whom it is delivered. The system records origin, date and batch at every movement, from the field to the point of sale.

What is needed to read and write the tags?

The system's mobile app, from which each tag is encoded and queried without special equipment.
